ROLE OVERVIEW

The International Sales Representative at EBIN NEW YORK will be responsible for The In-house Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing and managing the inside sales team and operations at EBIN NEW YORK. This role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead and mentor the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
● Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
● Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
● Foster relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
● Oversee the sourcing of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach.
● Ensure the team effectively routes qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for closure.
● Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
● Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
● Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● 3 or more years of experience in sales is preferred, not required.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365).
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Fluency in English and Korean is a plus.
