ROLE OVERVIEW

The International Sales Representative at EBIN NEW YORK will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence in global markets. This role focuses on managing relationships with international clients, identifying growth opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English, with additional language skills (such as Spanish or others) preferred. This role requires the ability to travel frequently and without restrictions between EBIN NEW YORK’s headquarters in New Jersey, USA, and international markets. As an International Sales Representative, you will play a key role in representing EBIN NEW YORK’s brand and product lines to diverse markets, ensuring compliance with international regulations and optimizing sales operations across different regions.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● International Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand EBIN NEW YORK’s presence in key international markets, focusing on growing market share and reaching sales targets.
● Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and customers to ensure long-term partnerships and sales growth.
● Bilingual Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, with the ability to conduct business conversations, negotiations, and presentations fluently in both Korean and English.
● Multilingual Advantage: Leverage additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Chinese) to communicate with clients in other markets, expanding EBIN NEW YORK’s global footprint.
● Sales Reporting: Track and analyze international sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights to the Director of International Sales and other senior leaders.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Logistics, and Product Development, to ensure seamless coordination for product launches,promotions, and international shipments.
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all international sales activities comply with the legal and regulatory requirements in various countries, particularly within the beauty and cosmetics industries.
● Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to international clients, addressing their needs, handling inquiries, and ensuring that their experience with EBIN NEW YORK exceeds expectations.
● Trade Shows & Events: Represent EBIN NEW YORK at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and develop new business opportunities.
● Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with clients from diverse regions, ensuring respectful and effective communication.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Experience: 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in international markets and within the beauty or cosmetics industry, is preferred but not required.
● Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English is required. Proficiency in Spanish and French is preferred, and additional language skills are highly preferred.
● Sales Expertise: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding international sales targets and developing client relationships across different regions.
● Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with international clients in multiple languages.
● Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and navigate cultural differences in business.
● Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and product compliance within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve international sales performance.
● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales processes and reporting.
● Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently and without restrictions between EBIN NEW YORK’s headquarters in New Jersey, USA, and international markets, as required by the business.
● Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and international time zones.
