ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Purchase Order Manager at EBIN NEW YORK, you will be responsible for leading the product management team in developing innovative beauty products that meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the
organization.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Vision and Strategy

  • Define the vision for product offerings and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market needs.

● Product Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
  • Oversee all stages of product creation, from concept ideation to design, development, and launch.

● Backlog Management

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Ensure that the team is focused on the right tasks and that their work aligns with product goals.

● Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of product progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

● Team Leadership

  •  Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings, product sprints, and other team activities to promote Agile methodologies.

● Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance product development processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

● A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3 or more years in product management, with a focus on the beauty or personal care industry, is preferred, not required.
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing product backlogs.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
